Located in the heart of Riebeek West, this yard is now the creative playground of Nicolene Swanepoel (1962–2016) and Francois Swanepoel (1960–2023). Nicolene was a veterinarian and artist who explored the deep bond between humans and animals through her ceramics. Francois was a photographer with an ironic, voyeuristic eye, capturing life’s stolen moments.
